We are seeking a highly motivated & skilled Member of Technical Staff to join our growing engineering team.
Member of Technical Staff will play a crucial role in building & scaling our internal (soon to be open sourced) AI Accelerator Open Source Ecosystem Tracker — a full-stack Next.js application that tracks pull requests, test parity, CI health, and performance benchmarks across all open-source projects in the CUDA/ROCm/Trainium/TPU software ecosystem. You will also play a role in writing and preparing weekly digests & technical reports on upstream contribution health, ROCm/CUDA/Trainium/TPU parity trends, and cross-accelerator benchmark results, with the opportunity for direct authorship recognition.
We are hiring individual contributors at all experience levels. Compensation will be competitive.
As part of the interview process, you’ll complete a paid coding challenge designed to reflect typical daily tasks — building full stack interactive apps, designing database schemas for PR metrics, and integrating GitHub API data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a global team with demonstrated experience in React, Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions), TypeScript, and SQL (Postgres/Neon).
- Solid understanding of at least 1 of the following: PostgreSQL schema design & query optimization, GitHub API integration & webhook-driven data pipelines, and/or AI accelerator stacks (ROCm, CUDA, HIP, XLA/TPU, PyTorch, JAX, Neuron/Trainium).
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize CI test results, parity metrics, and benchmark data across multiple hardware platforms (AMD, NVIDIA, Google TPU, AWS Trainium) to draw actionable insights.
- Interest in learning machine learning, AI, LLM, TPU, GPUs, Trainium, etc.
- Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts), Vercel deployment, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and open-source community engagement is a plus.
Internships
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to work with our team. You will work closely with our Singapore-based research team, learning fundamental research methodologies and industry analysis, with hands-on experience in financial modeling and market research.
This role offers exposure to various aspects of our business, including inputs into our Industry Models for semiconductors, AI accelerators, and datacenters. The role is based in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn basic financial analysis and modeling techniques through structured training and hands-on practice.
- Assist with research tasks including data collection, market analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Help track and organize information from earnings calls, press releases, and industry publications.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and research materials.
- Participate in team meetings and client calls to observe professional research practices.
- Complete assigned projects that contribute to ongoing research while developing your analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical field.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and eagerness to learn financial modeling techniques.
- Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new software tools. Any experience with Python, financial modeling, or data analysis is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor & AI Research Intern to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. This role involves hands-on work involving AI hardware, semiconductor manufacturing processes, mechanical systems, optical systems, and more. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, design sensibility, and autonomy. You’ll work on one or more goal-oriented projects, working with our veteran team of engineers with an opportunity to collaborate across our globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and program opto-mechanical 3D machine vision systems, automate data acquisition and image reconstruction.
- Developing/applying understanding of optics, machine vision, etc, to VIS automated microscopy platforms.
- Developing automation/standardization solutions, working on ETLs and databases.
- Deconstruction and analysis of advanced AI products.
Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in the hard sciences, applied physics, engineering.
- A working skillset in at least one programming language, e.g. Python, C++, Rust.
- Interest in semiconductors, electron devices, computer architecture, AI.
Preferred Skills
- A preference for hands-on work and close collaboration.
- Past experience in the semiconductor or AI domains.
- Proven ability to interpret analytical or scientific data.
