For any questions or support regarding your newsletter subscription, please contact us at email@semianalysis.com. All subscription-related requests, including cancellations, refunds, account transfers, and auto-renewal changes must be handled directly by our team.

Cancellations

To cancel your newsletter subscription, please contact us directly. Please note that canceling from within your Substack account does not automatically trigger a prorated refund.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a prorated refund for the remaining period of your subscription term, please contact us directly. Refunds are not automatically issued upon cancellation and must be requested through us.

Account Transfers

We are unable to modify the email address associated with an active subscription. To transfer a subscription to a new user, we will process a cancellation and prorated refund for the current subscription and set up a new subscription for the new user.

Auto-Renewal

To cancel the auto-renewal on your newsletter subscription, please contact us directly. Auto-renewal cancellations cannot be managed through your Substack account settings and must be processed by our team.
